Sekedar buat mengingat2 sendiri, berikut saya Re-Share . . . . :D

I will tell about Canon PIXMA MP250 error code as well as how to overcome them :
Canon Pixma MP250 error code that there are 2 types, namely:

1. Using the next letter P, for example P07.
2. Using the next letter E, for example E05. 

Well, I will explain in advance to the next letter P,
1.  P02 (Cartridge Error)
Solution:
1.  Make sure no foreign objects inside the printer.
2. Clean and check the encoder, may be subject to splashes of ink.
2. P03 (Line feed error)
Cause: Timing Disk dirty / damaged.
Solution:
1. Check the timing disc sensor to the left of the printer
2. Check and clean board.
3. P05 (ASF sensor error)
Cause: The paper detection sensor Canon MP250 Error.
Solution:
Try changing one of the following parts:
a. ASF / PE sensor unit.
b. Motor.
c. Board Printer Canon MP250.
4.  P06 (Internal temperature error) :
Cause: hyperbolic heat inside Canon MP250 printer.
Solution:
1. Clean the inside of the MP250 printer.
2. Replace Board MP2580 Printer

1.  P07 (Ink absorber full):
Cause: Ink Counter Full, Canon MP250 asking to use software reset.

Solution: Reset Printer Canon MP250 using software.
2.  P08 (Print head temperature rise error):
Cause : Head too hot, exceeds the threshold, usually the color canon cartridge.
Solution :
Try changing the color catridge Canon MP250.
3.  P09 (EEPROM error)
Cause: Canon MP250 experienced board EEPROM Corrupt or damaged.
Solution:
1. Board replace Canon MP250 printer.
4.  P15 (USB VBUS over current)
Cause: The printer excess current from the USB cable Canon MP250 printer.
Solution:

1.  P07 (Ink absorber full):
Cause: Ink Counter Full, Canon MP250 asking to use software reset.

Solution: Reset Printer Canon MP250 using software.
2.  P08 (Print head temperature rise error):
Cause : Head too hot, exceeds the threshold, usually the color canon cartridge.
Solution :
Try changing the color catridge Canon MP250.
3.  P09 (EEPROM error)
Cause: Canon MP250 experienced board EEPROM Corrupt or damaged.
Solution:
1. Board replace Canon MP250 printer.
4.  P15 (USB VBUS over current)
Cause: The printer excess current from the USB cable Canon MP250 printer.
Solution:

E13 and E16: Ink has run out / Catridge ask at reset.
Solution:
Press the STOP / Reset for 5 – 15 seconds wait until the led display process.
